Founded as a full service retailer of premium trucks in 1966, Altrui Brothers remains unchanged in its commitment to the transportation community. Within two years, Tony and John Altrui had built and moved into their current facility located at 1100 Warren Avenue in East Providence, RI.

After building an award winning parts and service organization the duo ventured into the sale of premium trucks. They became a Brockway dealer until 1977. In 1980 they took on the Mercedes Truck franchise. Then in late 1982 Freightliner came on board to compliment the already successful Mercedes line. Today Altrui Brothers represent not only Freightliner but also Sprinter and the Isuzu Truck line as well as Crane Carrier rubbish trucks.
